1) Physical stress
Hair loss often increases when there is a sudden pressure on the body. Any type of operation, any sudden accident, any major illness or even fever can increase hair loss. Any kind of physical illness disrupts the normal life cycle of the hair. As a result, the rate of hair loss increases.
2) Pregnancy
Lots of hair falls out during pregnancy or childbirth. During this time the body undergoes various hormonal changes. So the hair fall rate increases. However, this is a normal process. So later new hair grows again.
3) Excess vitamin A.
According to the American Academy of Dermatology, the presence of excess vitamin A in the body increases hair loss. The daily requirement of vitamin A in the body of an adult human being is 5000 international units. Taking more vitamin A every day can increase the amount of hair loss.
4)Lack of protein
Lack of adequate protein in the daily diet can increase the risk of hair loss.protein helps in hair formatio. So when there is a lack of protei, hair grow the decreases and hair fall increas. So the daily food list should includ fish,meat,eggs and pulses.
