- Find out before you start exercising
- Make sure your pregnancy is not risky before you start exercising. For a variety of reasons, your doctor may tell you to take a full rest, not to exercise at that time.
- -If you are already accustomed to some walking or light exercise, you can continue it. However, no exercise can be done that puts pressure on the abdomen. An experienced exercise instructor who knows how to exercise during pregnancy can seek advice from anyone.
- -Wear light and loose comfortable cotton clothes during exercise. The shoes should be soft and fit.
