Do's and don'ts of high blood pressure


 Everything that needs to be done: -


Get your blood pressure checked at least once a month.


Taking medicine as per the prescription of the doctor.


Losing excess body weight.


Practice walking for at least 30 minutes every day.


Get 7 to 8 hours of sleep a night.


Take a full rest one day a week.


Consult a doctor if any new symptoms appear.


What is important to avoid: -


Anxiety should be avoided as much as possible.


Body weight cannot be increased.


Excessive work cannot be done.


Excitement must be avoided.


It is risky to take medication without consulting a doctor.


The dose of arbitrary medicine cannot be increased or decreased.


Table-salt or raw salt should not be eaten with rice or other foods.
